Earlier this week, EA was kind enough to fly me out to New York City to get an early look at Crytek’s Crysis 2. In addition to eating a ridiculous amount of Italian food at Carmine’s and throwing a few back with this strong-silent individual (I’m the one on the right), I actually learned quite a bit about the next entry in this critically acclaimed FPS series. As many of you are probably aware, I’m not a PC gamer, so you may be wondering why I’d be invited to this event at all. Well, in addition to launching this holiday season for the PC, Crysis 2 will mark the franchise’s debut on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. And from the small bits I was shown, I think there’s going to be a lot of extremely happy console owners this fall.
