Damn I have been looking for this game forever. that and Rez. I always look for it when I go to a store and never have found it. Found it at EBGames today . It was 30.00 with the edge card. A little steep but I had to get it. Sweet ass game to by the way

I really have to stop passing up on this game. I've seen it twice and both times I decided to pick it up the next day.
First time it was $12.95 at a video store, gone the next day
Second time it was $17.99 at Gamestop, gone again the next day.
Hopefully I'll get a third chance and not put it off again.

Get this game if you have the chance! It's a great game. Very fun, very easy to get the hang of, and excellent music. I even ordered the OST. Plus, it's (as you know) hard to find. It's easily worth $30.

I bought mine from a BlockBuster for around 10.00 bucks and metal slug for PlaySation 1 for 8.00.

I used to have this game... The music is great, probably one of the best soundtracks ever... but the gameplay is so-so... Especially towards the end when you have to use the analog sticks. eh... I sold it a while ago

Actually, I was going to but when I went back it had been rented (Family Video puts "Buy Now" stickers on some of their older games and it was priced $7.95). I went back about 4 times in 2 weeks and it was still rented out. The last time I went back it was gone, someone else got it.

Good to know I'm not the only one waiting on it. Yeah GS does seem to be pretty decent with back orders, I got a disc only copy of Star Ocean second story that was back ordered. I sent it back though, since I wanted complete, but hey, at least it came.

I saw it at Best Buy around 2 1/2 years ago for $9.99. I really wasn't into music games at the time so I decided against getting it. Probably one of the biggest gaming mistakes I have made in the past few years.

I thought the game was good, and I own it, but I wouldn't give it THAT much praise. It was very short, and easy, as most music games are. I don't know if it is worth more than $20. (I got mine for $8 BTW.)

I've heard Gitaroo-Man's last levels were really hard.

Gitaroo man has a lot of replayability though as it is one of those games you can constantly throw in and play.


and there are some hard levels in the game, but none too hard to deter you from beating the game

it starts our relativly easy in the attack portions of the game but when it comes to the defend portions of a stage I found myself so used to using the analog sticks that chatching button presses on beat was impossible to me.

I think part of it comes from enjoying the music so much that you can occasionaly forget that you have to keep playing. :P

Is this game really that hard to find ? Check your local Fry's if you have one. The one in Arlington, TX has at least 10 copies and has had them as long as I can remember. They are tagged at $29.99 and just sit on the shelf.

I had a really hard time finding it. Don't have any Frys around here but it is hard for me to find even on ebay.. at amazon the game is going for like $80.00. I have looked for it at every store I have ever been to for the last year or so and never seen it until yesterday.

You haven't played it on hard have you? It's wicked hard. Great game nonetheless. $30 though? That's a bit much. I picked up my copy for $10 awhile back. Gotta love the classical acoustic song.

I picked it up for i think 30 at Amazon like 1 1/2 years ago. Its a good game with excelent music. Yes it does get hard but after about 60 trys you'll get it. I think theres 12 levels. Now its scoring system is the whole a,b,c thing and i could never get above c on most levels. Hmmm so if i keep this then it could be worth a good 100 bucks in a few years.

I've had both the game and the OST for over a year now.

For the love of god, if you have any interest in music games or just plain crazy Japanese games, get it. NOW.

I got to where I could get an A on most of the stages except for the last few. On hard, that's another story. The best I got was a C on the first stage.
