I tried this as well. See what response I have with customer support on this one. I don't really want to cancel my order and wait for it show up in my goldbox again. Worst case scenario, I'll lose the $1.70 goldbox and just go with the ECA and $5 off code.

EDIT: Yes, Amazon CS did respond and apply the $5 code to my pre-order, so GB, ECA and code all combine together.

Possibly silly suggestion, except that I made this mistake at first-- make sure you're entering the numeral 5, not the letter S. KINGDOM5, not KINGDOMS.

after seeing this, i decided i'd definitely buy it if it shows up in my goldbox, so i tried to get it into my recommendations..but it wouldn't show up. i had to go through 850 items that i marked as "not interested" to find that i had checked this game too... if only their was a faster way to look through the "not interested" section on amazon.

I'm probably going to bite on this because of the low price/LE Sleeve, but Gamestop and EB have a poster and postcard set as preorder bonuses which are a bit tempting:

The only disappointing part about the poster is that its the exact same pic as the cover art and the post card can easily be made in photoshop.

no it seems if you have amazon promo credit (from a problem with another order) these codes

CAN NOT BE COMBINE..

i was told to buy other stuff that i waned (do not cancel the other orders cause there is no refunds)

then try it again

game does not look good enough for me for 25 bucks.. Did not care for KH 1 or 2

It's $37.xx at Gamestop vs $23.xx at Amazon... not sure if a poster and postcards are worth it for $14 more.
