Well I ordered an item on Amazon for $70 and next week it went down to $60. So I called and ask if I could get refunded the difference, but he said he can't do that, but what he could do was add $10 promo credit to my account. How do I access this $10 credit? I can't seem to find it.

You usually can't. You have to see if it applies during checkout.

The credit is automatic. Next time you buy something, it will be listed as a deduction when you get to the spot where you can pick your shipping and all that.

Yeah, you can't see promo credit. Go to checkout and see if it applies.
