It's cheap to ship to/from Canada. Please take a look at Magiic's Magiical Shipping Guide.

Just beat this yesterday. Interesting experience. The gameplay is actually quite linear if you're smart about everything and search all the nook and crannies. It's tilted a bit more towards action, but lacks the set pieces and atmosphere of the best in the series. The puzzles are a bit less obtuse so you're less likely to run to Gamefaqs in case you get stuck. We only need gamefaqs once the entire time. Our completion time was like 13 hours and 50 minutes.
Then my friend and I jumped right into Resident Evil. In retrospect, Zero ends up being a nice little prologue as to RE, both in terms of story and gameplay. The atmosphere isn't as developed, the gameplay and puzzles are simpler, it's not as hard, and there is a distinct lack of dread in the game. But if you like RE (old), you'll enjoy this.
Ahh ... RE0 -- the forgotten series entry. Hard to believe this is the only RE game that hasn't yet been ported over to any other console.

It's been ported to the Wii under the "Resident Evil Archives" banner, for whatever that's worth.

So, basically, I've always wished that this game was wrapped around a better plotline, or actually making it what would have been RE4 (technically 5).
Truth be told, I could never hate the last gasp of RE's survival horror roots too much, so it usually gets a pass from me.
