Yes, japanese only and will only play on a japanese wii. I figured I would go for the buy since I've been wanting it for a while and haven't bought anything for my japanese wii in a while. Hopefully I can get through it with the help of a faq.

FWIW, modding a Wii is relatively easy. Probably depends how old yours is though.
