Agreed. I have my resistance 3 preorder at amazon already and all I need now is bestbuy or another retailer to force amazons hand. What are your thoughts on resistance 3 ? After the ending to part 2 I was thinking you know who will show up to be a boss fight in this game

Any chance of Disgaea 4 being included? I'm getting R3 and Disgaea 4, would be nice to get the 20 bucks, but I'm not even counting on Target to carry it.

Darn no resistance 3 credit. I know kmart is going to do it but I have resistance 3 payed off on amazon already and I don't want to use my cash at kmart. If no other retailers are going to offer resistance 3 credit than amazon won't do it. I could cancel my preorder if that happens and use that credit for a good resistance 3 deal in the near future.

Dead island seems like a cool game but I think it will dip to 40 at most 2 weeks after release. I'll be a patient zombie hunter for this game. Not to mention that resistance 3 and gears 3 will be taking a lot of my September gaming time anyway

It could be because I don't think the game is released until Friday and many retailers may wait until the following week to run their promotions..
but that is only a guess.
Does anyone know if their is any value in getting the game from Gamestop? I know they're going to have a special edition which is only specail due to an alternative box art (I think I read that somewhere) but if no one is really having any type of deal other then Kmart I might get it at Gamestop because I'm a sucker for limited released games.
