Deals are similarly priced as previous nightly deals on some games like Duke Nukem, Homefront, Dead Space 2, Red Faction: Armageddon, etc. Not all games are at the previous nightly deals level but many are. Good for those who missed them the first time around.

damn...no xbox 360. only thing I'm marginally interested in is duke. but i passed on the $10 deal last time, so it's not gonna kill me if I pass on it now.

Purchased Portal 2 for the PS3 for 14.99+tax. I'm going to assume that the code is unused. Will then trade the game into Best Buy to recoup the money spent.

As stated earlier, the disk chips on the edges have no effect at all on the game, so there is no reason to exchange the disk or stop using gamefly.
If you are so worried about pristine copies, why the heck are you buying used.

Its not the nicks per say but it is another issue. My disk has bad rings cut in it from an older 360. I buy nearly 99% of my games used and ive never seen this type of quality. To see the ring and now the nicks I wonder how much gamefly checks the disks before retailing. I know returns are easy but its not something i really like to do. Its my fault for buying from them and I accept it.

Every single game I got from gamefly all have those chips around edges also. They are cause by the way they send out the games to members, they only use paper envelopes. While it's in route I guess the edges just keep hitting whatever. They should really try a different method of sending them out like Netflix or something.

That's why they have new cases for used discs. lol
