1) Create a Playstation Network Account.
2) Press SELECT button in Portal 2 on PS3 to access Steam.
3) Follow steps to create/login to your free Steam account.
Then on PC/MAC computer:
1) Get Steam http://store.steampowered.com/about/
2) Launch Steam & click "First time signing into steam"
3) Go to Games menu to "Activate a Product on Steam" & enter the code.
