*Remember, each Gold Box, there is (usually) one GOOD Deal of the Day. Last time it was Prototype 2. Yes, the hourly deals are stank - but have faith that the all day deal will be good! My fingers are crossed for an all day deal on Lego Batman 2 or Ghost Recon: FS.

Edit - I could see LolliChain being the all day deal, too.

It's a funny little catch-22. Someone HAS to report the Gold Box, because at the end of the day, it IS a deal; but Gold is definitely what's not in the Box more often than not.

God, I hope this is better than their last gold box event (or any of their gold box and lightning deals this year for that matter); but somehow I doubt it. Maybe it's just me; but I've thought that Amazon's video game "deals" thus far throughout 2012 have been very weak and on almost 100% garbage titles and/or games that nearly 100% of people who would ever care to get the game already have. Whereas in 2010 and 2011, I thought they had a hell of a lot of good deals, especially in their gold box and lightning deal sales and even fairly consistently in their daily deals. Now you're lucky to even see a daily deal and their weekly deals have been pretty much garbage.

$45 is too much for this game. I know it is going to be awesome. I love any zombie game out there. But be realistic. We all know this will be $30 by the time Madden comes out. That is my max price for purchasing this game.

I appreciate Suda 51 games but ALOT of people do not and therefore will cause the price drop. That is why I am hoping it will be in the gold box tomorrow so I dont have to wait.

its because its a crappy game. u cant string together combos very well because the controls are very unresponsive. its thinks its funny but corny at best. the best part of the game is looking up her skirt at her camel toe, thats right camel toe. id advise anyone thinking this games gonna be as cool as sod to wait till its atleast in ur suggested price range if not lower then give it a spin. i have to live with paying full retail price for this sucker, thank god for 100% trade in at best buy.

I thought the exact same thing until they had Ico & Shadow of the Colossus for $20. I thought that was a pretty good deal.

But yeah, overall, Amazon's been pretty disappointing with video game sales. Best Buy's had them beat for nearly a year now, IMO.
