This little nugget of info was provided via a ps blog post response written by Morgan Haro on the US Playstation Blog. He was responding to a question from FullMetalDoctor regarding Alex the Kidd. It is comment #10.

It was? All I had heard was that PS+ was coming to Vita in November; not that the Vita was getting it's own Instant Game Collection. Link?

no prob, they only just announced that info 2 weeks ago so it's still relatively new

I filled out a survey not to long ago.One of the questions it asked was " Would you buy PS+ sub if you could download any game and demo it for 10 minutes?" I forgot to take a screent shot.
