edit: This stacks with the $10 off AC3. If they offer it for any kind of sale price again, it could be a good deal.

Yup it does work for most sold by Amazon physical products. I just tried it with Crysis 3 for PC and it automatically applied the $5 on the checkout page before confirming the payment.
