A friend of mine and myself have been playing around with doing a podcast. We recorded 3 episodes already, but I'm having trouble finding out the best way to host them, get an RSS feed and get them on iTunes. All the free sites seem to be down now so I'm looking for any advice from some fellow podcasters.

Its too bad you're still a prick with a stupid gimmick.

Have you used libsyn? For some reason a 90 minute podcast is almost 100mb which is $15 a month with them. Not expensive but not entirely cheap either.
