Sub-$300 videocamera?

Doesn't need to by anything fancy (obviously, due to the desired budget), but something easy for little family videos. Don't want tape-based, just card/internal memory.

Just go to amazon and put Sony handycam. They have good one for from 179 to 249. I hope I helped u

Check Target, I've seen them put a whole bunch of them on clearance, selection and stores are YMMV.

staples has an annual sale with 50 GC rebate on cameras that are NORMALLY $100.00 or more (some clearanced models count). Some models are gotten for around 25 after GC, some have video function. You have to keep an eye of the usual fatwallet and slickdeals when the sale is and which models are on clearance.
