If you live in the Niagara Falls area (Specifically Welland or St. Catherines) or near Hamilton, you can pick up a Used PSVita for 100 bucks before taxes. After picking up a 8GB memory card with it, it came to $141.xx with taxes.
Condition on the one I picked up was pretty much brand new, no marks on the screen.
YMMV, but hey - if you are in the market for one, give them a call before you head out to your local store, or before you commit to driving to it.
