19.99 is the MSRP, I believe.
I called my lady friend last night and said my buddy had to beat off on my chest, she is kinda pissed at me, but it was the best idea I had all night, and I stand by it.

I believe it was $29.99 MSRP. The $19.99 MSRP was for the XBOX version of the game. PS2 and GC versions have a $29.99 MSRP.

The Xbox port is supposed to have the exclusive extras of both the PS2 and GCN versions on one disc. Unless you absolutely hate the controller, the Xbox port is probably the one to buy.

the gc version is definitely not the verison to buy, they reversed the jump and shoot buttons, and that is really annoying, unless you never played a megaman game ever
