and did so using the RE 4 engine and set up which game would you want to see remade and what additions would you like to see added to gameplay that you felt were lacking in RE 4?

personally id love to see re 2 done like re 4 with an emphasis on large numbers of zombies and limits on ammo. itd also want to have the part where leon and claire are in the city trying to get to the police station longer just s youd get to see more of how the city was devastated and maybe meet up with people on the run or in hiding. id also like a romero level of hardness where one bite causes infection and over time death but headshotsand limb specific damage work better.

the re 4 setup was pretty flawless except itd be cool to be bale to use some of the weaposn dropped by your enemies ( like the masked guys chainsaw or the chainsaw of the old ladies) and if you run out of ammon hand to hand combat should be an option.

The RE4 style really demands more enemies than the classical style, since you fight so much better/quicker.

They'll probably just remake 1 AGAIN

RE1 has been remade to death, and it will be remade again. Just watch.

I would say RE1. But Remake was soo damn good that it doesnt need to be remade yet again. So I'll go with RE2.

I also think REzero could be interesting if remade in the RE4 style. Especially if they incorporated online or split screen coop modes.

well id go for the re 1 remake too especially if you got to experience the whole running to the mansion part. and they coudl take that a step farther where if one of the people with you out there dies before you make it to the mansion they wont be a part of the regular game. i could see that part making for a great one of those ab lr games( i know theres another term for those but i cant remember it). that way you can alternate from running to defending.

id also liek to see more environment use and destruction like doors being destroyed or being able to stack tables aganist doors to secure then. which with this next run of consoles id think that would be possible. one of the best things about the last re remake to me was having to decapitate or burn zombies or else they come back as super zombies that can open doors. more than anything i want fast zombies.

They will never remake any of the REs except for RE1.

Resident Evil 3 would translate best with the RE4 mechanics. Running through the city streets would fit the RE4 style a lot better than going through clausterphobic hallways like you do in every other RE.
