What is Fooly Cooly about?
Everything and nothing. Essentially a lot of genre satire and animators going insane. The whole thing is only six epsiodes, so it isn't a big commitment to watch the whole thing. Especially if you're DVR equipped.

Wow, somebody actually came up with worse and less exciting programming skills than the people who work at adult Swim. I didn't think that was possible. FLCL, IMO, stands as one of the (if not thee) most overrated shows in modern anime and some his other choices are worse (if he actually chose the second run lineup).
