Always wanted to watch 08th ms team, Stardust Memory and War in a Pocket. Unfortunately they're not on the channel DNukem recommended.

I will check out Build Fighters & 00. Are both series finished?

SEED just looks.... long. I'm really not interested in watching it. And I'm not a fan of the generic 00's anime look.

08th was just okay. The fight scenes are great, but the show feels the need to throw in this extremely forced Romeo and Juliet love story, and on top of that they add extra episode which was really unnecessary and ruined an otherwise good ending.

Near the end of The Witch and The Hundred Knight. The game is really a mixed bag.NISA's inexperience with the genre really shows in this. The gameplay in general is decent, but it has so many other flaws that keep it down. The lack of explaining any of the mechanics is a huge issue(didn't know how to guard until about ten hours in). The enemy variety is made up of a lot of palette swaps which is pretty lazy on their part. The story which is done like Disgaea with it being told in episodes, but the biggest problem is it doesn't really have any charm that Disgaea plot and humor had. The plot does interesting later on,but it's so late in the game and it's such big info dump when it does.

The script seems like it was written by a 12 year old with most of the characters just being unlikeable assholes and swearing up a storm(though the character designs are great as usual). The highlight for me still is the soundtrack which is great. I do hope NISA will take what that learned from this and give this genre another shot at some point.

Damn phone double post.

Anyone looking toward sin city 2? I was, then for some weird reason the trailer at the cinema put me off by looking like a cheap knock off of the original, if you know what I mean.

The special effects don't look as good as the first and kinda come off looking cheap and half-assed.

I need some help with these SMT games. Right now I'm planning on just getting Nocturne and Persona 3. I don't feel comfortable investing in Devil Summoner or Saga because I may not like/finish them and I'd end up wasting money on the sequels as a I plan to buy the set now. I watched the Giant Bomb playthrough of Persona 4 and I feel reluctant to buy it after reading about the changes made to the vita version (I might get a vita and am somewhat, irrationally, bothered that the console version will not be updated).

Well, anyone think the Devil Summoner or Saga games are worth it?

PS2 Classics

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne - $7.99 - 20% Off NX
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 FES - $4.99 - 50% Off NX

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 - $7.99 - 20% Off NX

from the  PSN Weekly Deals thread

The saga games are great. Now based on playing 2nd Devil Summoner it's just okay. The story was good, but the game in general is half-assed and low budget. It's one of the weaker spin offs.

DVD Planet has a handful of anime titles on sale for more than 50% off:

Heaven's Lost Property Season 2 (Anime Classics) - $21.99 - http://www.dvdplanet...classic_2785055

Leviathan (Blu-ray) - $28.75 - http://www.dvdplanet...omplete_2763777

Mayou (Blu-ray) - $28.71 - http://www.dvdplanet...omplete_2763830

They also have all the Fairy Tail sets for just over $30, including Part 11 and the Collections.

They also have the UK editions of Nisemonogatari (Region B) for $35.

Mayou good by any chance? I hear it's basically Spice and Wolf, but then I also hear they rush through the material as fast as they could which wasn't a good sign.
