Another quick and easy game from what I understand.
Picked it up used (obviously) at Game Stop about a month ago. I have heard it's a pretty fun game - and the easy 1k achievements will help propel me towards the 20k I want to hit before 2011 is over. |

2/28/11 - Beat Awakenings - Only one party member died which was Justice, and I think that is perfectly fine as he was just inhabiting a rotting corpse anyways.
I still have a long term goal of 100%'ing this and Origins - But realistically I do not know how much progress I'll actually make in that regard during 2011 |

3/28/11 - beat on normal which I think took me somewhere between 6 and 7 hours to go through.
I like how the save file adds the time played from other save files as well - so it will show me the total time it took my girl to beat it on easy and me to beat it on normal. Will be interesting to see how long the total played time gets to be after I finally make it through on Titan. |

4/8/11 - beat for a 2nd time with my Human Berserker who is now level 40 or 41. Will probably play more this month to get him to level 50 so that I can start hunting down his Aesir and legendary equipment.
Do not like the berserker as much as I do my commando - but the commando is much more over powered I think. |

5/20/11 - Finally Beat - started it in 2008 and quit about half way through but decided I wanted to finish it off.
Had a good time playing it through to completion and looking forward to the 2nd one. Don't think I'll ever go back to find all the flags but maybe to kill the Templars. |

9/13/11 - Finally got around to playing and beating this game as I was in the mood to go buy God of War Origins but didn't want to spend the money.
Definitely a fun romp through hell and I really loved the visualization of Satan. Will probably run through this one more time as a trophy clean up run as the game was a lot of fun and not too long. |

Unless something weird happens I won't be beating any more games from this list this year.
Never even hooked up my Wii which is sad - Played Castlevania till the first boss and never got into it. King Kong was too boring to finish Jericho/Bioshock I never got the urge to play - will save them over for next year. And played 3 and a half hours of Mass Effect and just wasn't feeling it - not a big fan of the combat (cover shoot cover shoot cover shoot). Maybe I'll try that again next year. Right now just focused on getting to 20 games and then 24 games (so I can have averaged 2 per month beat). Over all this is the most I have played any year in recent memory so I've definitely accomplished a lot for me. |
