Waaaayyyyy back on Episode 5 of the Checkmate Arcade Podcast (currently just finished episode 107) I did my Top 5 baseball video games of all time with 5 honorable mentions, so I actually had a full Top 10 list. I thought I would share that again with everyone.

I have made some revisions to the list in the 2 plus years since I made it. I decided to allow only 1 game in a series make the list (Triple Play and MVP Baseball are TECHNICALLY different series.) Otherwise, it would be hard for multiple versions of MLB The Show not to make the list.

One thing I will say is there are a LOT of NES baseball games that aren't on this top 10 list. I would say other than having The Show on PS3, the NES had the best lineup of baseball games ever overall. They do have 5 of the top 10 spots on my list.
