I chatted with customer service and the rep said she saw the promo for the order but no gift card on my account. She then added a refund credit for $25 to my account. When I got the email, she credited it for a different order I had placed 2 weeks ago. Oh well, still got my $25

Got Superstar saga, Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart 7, and Mario 3d world for $65 after reward points plus made 2 seperate orders so I should get a total of $20 in credit back next month for the in store pickup promo.  Not to shabby

I loved the OG Xbox, I loved the 360, I paid 499 for the Xbone.  To date, the xbone has been my biggest gaming purchase regret ever.  Still, I was so excited for this presentation.  I really regret wasting the past hour and a half watching this borefest.  I see some xbox players upgrading, but...

After this massive letdown of a conference, I can't imagine how they could possibly charge 499 for this. I fully expect them too, I just don't understand their thinking with this conference.

I've yet to see one game that looks like it takes advantage of all that extra power.  Everything shown looks like it could easily run on a regular xbox one.
