Well, Dead Cells got to the Castlevania license first, so Vampire Survivors wound up with sloppy seconds. It still kind of fits! They're Konami characters in a game based heavily on Konami's past work! Plus, Contra CAN work in this medieval setting, if the hidden "Maxime Gunn" character in...

Clearly, the Switch doesn't have the almighty power to properly run a game like (leafs through notes) uh... Contra.

Not in a rush for the Switch 2. It'll happen eventually... no sense in rushing it and having it turn out like the Wii U had.

Waggle was fun. I just wish it hadn't been shoehorned into games that didn't need it (Kirby Return to Dreamland) and had worked better in games that lent themselves well to it (Samba de Amigo). I know there's a new Samba de Amigo game for the Switch, but I'm not sure if its waggle is any better...

I dunno, man. I kind of thought gen eight was a lot worse. Remember all the lovely plans Don Mattrick had for the Xbox One? Remember all the remasters of games we already played? Remember how crummy Street Fighter V turned out? Remember that Nintendo boondoggle, the Wii U? Yick.

Michael Packed-Turd is the worst. He's probably still insisting that the Playstation 3 will outsell the Xbox 360 in just three more years, just wait and see! He also had the worst possible take on the late (and "not so great," according to him) Satoru Iwata.

DLC, you say? Maybe SNK will finally break and serve up some cheap fighter packs for KOF 15...
