$24.99 looks to be the new base price for used 3DS games. Or was this a Sale? Sorry I didn't look very hard :P Makes used games more appealing now. It even had a spot for Luigi's Mansion at the price, but, of course, they don't have stock yet.

Not sure if someone else had success, but I went into Target today and was able to PM Pikmin 2 for $5! Hope everyone else has success like I did!
