I realize it's probably not new, which is why I specifically asked CS. They should know better but the rep didn't even hesitate to state it was brand new and likely had a damaged box.
This is 100% on Amazon. They need a better QC/description system since it is such a massive operation.
It's on Amazon to clean up their act in my opinion. They need to post at least semi-accurate descriptions for these things and the CS reps need to be made aware.
I actually specifically double checked with Amazon BEFORE this order shipped. They believed that it was factory sealed like a new item. The CS rep then voluntarily offered me the discount. No reason to be snarky.
Got my "Good" PS4 GTA V bundle that was supposedly "Factory Sealed" and it absolutely WAS NOT. Re-sealed by Amazon and didn't include any games. Going to see if customer support can help me out at all and if not, I'll send it right back.
Edit: Got a $70 refund. Considering the system itself...
Holy crap - I have one of these sitting in the closet and assumed it would be heading to the trash eventually since they didn't look like they were selling for much on ebay (at least not enough after shipping/fees to make it worth my time). I bought this back in 2009 for not much more than I'll...
