So are the HWV cases with everything complete YMMV? I know that SonictheHedgehog1337 had some problems with it, but others did not. Should I pad my trade-in, or just hope they take them?

I like the descriptions on your site. Beats some of the other websites that state that games may come with a manual or case or neither.
