Bought it. Beat it in one evening (about 5 hours including various interruptions/chatting on AIM).
The game is definitely worth $5. But I would have felt kind of ripped off if I had paid $20 for it.
It's nice to support indie developers on a budget ;)

I picked one up when it was 2.99 shipping. Wish I could have gotten free but i'm glad Newegg's rates are very reasonable so it's not a big loss.

It's been getting pretty good ratings. Generally around the 9/10 area.
I've heard it's a a lot like the first Fable, good for about 2 or 3 playthroughs depending on how much you like seeing everything a game has to offer.

You might want to add that you can get the 20GB HDD for $20 OR the 20GB HDD with 3 months of live for $30.
Checked my Kmart yesterday. ALL the older clearance games were taken out of the glass case and sticked with the big fat generic "19.99" stickers. Scanned them and they would come up "360 - 19.99" or something generic like that.

Strange, clearance shopping on my local Toys R Us is quite possibly the easiest ever. They have all their price labels up to date, and all clearance items marked with special big red "clearance" tags.
Unfortunately a bin that was about 4 feet tall and filled with PS2 and old 360 games has...
Finally got mine today.
Is it just mine or do all the head extenders seem very loose? In that if you hold the headset in the air by the top the ear muffs fall all the way to full extension?
Don't get me wrong they are quite comfy and great quality for the price ;) but I was just curious
