My guess is the Trilogy will have a RRP of £24.99, like Prince of Persia. So the games will probably be available to buy separately on PSN for around £11.99.
It has been confirmed that the PS2 iterations of Tomb Raider will be recieving a PS3 HD makeover in the form of the Tomb Raider Trilogy.

This is obviously being released to drum up...
Imagine the price of next years COD, lol. They're always the most expensive games! But to be honest, I think retailers will just slash online prices in order to combat the increasing VAT.
I just checked Amazon.com and it says it's releasing 31st January 2011. On the UK site it says the 21st January 2011, so no I don't think it's coming in early!
Thanks very much, I'll take that all in to account! Do you know what? I never even knew that those zombies created hordes (I did wonder where they all kept coming from near the end of the graveyard level!) and I didn't know that zombies won't attack you if they're distracted by flares, either...
I probably won't get this. I bought FF Origins (1&2), FF Anthology (4&5) and FF6 when they were released for PS1 quite a few years back! But I couldn't play them...I found them TOO slow. Can't get past the graphics I'm afraid :( If I can't play it on PS1 then it's not going to make me want to...
Thanks for the quick replies guys! That's a pain about all the weapons :/ But I guess it makes sense.
Magus, I found the first few levels hard on Brain Dead! But once I got used to the controls and realised to start using items more often (duh!) I found it easier. But still hard at times...
So I've just completed the game on Brain Dead! Happy days...not looking forward to trying the 'normal' difficulty!
Question:
Do weapons, armour and upgrades carry over when you play through the game again, or do you have to collect it all over again?
These games are £11.99 each on the EU PS store, ridiculous when the trilogy disc can be bought at Shopto for £15! I had the trilogy on PS2 but got rid of it before I got to play WW and TT. Might purchase this at some point, as £15 is a steal.
Why did I not think of doing this?! I will definitely try this out the next time I play, as it is awkward to change weapons with the d-pad when hordes of zombies are chasing after me!
I'm playing on Brain Dead mode, haha, I find that hard enough!
Oh, and UK has moved from 8th to 11th on the...
Sorry if this has been posted before, but I was just wondering how you can set up a deal stream on the main home page? I can see a list there, but I'm not sure how to edit the RSS feed for my own personal preferance. Thanks!
Thanks for pointing to that post, bornrunnin! And thank you, mkernan, for creating it! I read your whole impression, and pretty sure I'll pick it up at some point. Cheers!
EDIT: Just ordered the game for £12.99, after using £5 of my GAME reward points :)
I liked the characters, the voice acting / mo cap, and the story was ok-ish. I did get annoyed with the six axis controls, though (firing the cannons and controlling Kai's arrows...pain in the ass) but then I realised you could turn it off and just use the anologue sticks. That made it more user...
I paid full price for Enslaved, £39.99 from GAME (a major retailer here in the UK). A few weeks later and £15 has already been slashed off it! It's now retailing for £22.99. I can't say I'm disappointed paying full price though --- I loved the game, from start (to the admittedly short) finish...
