Took 20 games in to take advantage of the promo.  Took over an hour to get the transaction done.  The first scanning of all the games gave the wrong total.  Only about 50% of the TIV.  So I had to educate her on the promotion.  Had to only trade in 5 games at a time to get the promotion to apply...

I received the email, bought the gift card but never received the $10 credit code.  Contacted customer support and they hooked it up no problem.  So if you don't see your credit code, I would contact support.
