Quite a few games are published with English/French/Spanish on the back and in the manual. Most (all?) Nintendo first party titles, for example. I believe EA has a similar practice, at least with the FIFA series.

I don't even bother going into Gamestops anymore, I just check the dumpster. Found a stack of 50ish guides once...and they were next to the dumpster, not in it. No diving + free guides = :D
I was there today and told that the guides had been trashed two days ago. The dumpsters were really full so I couldn't dig through.
The Pomona store on Arrow has a couple Rise of the Argonauts and, iirc, Farcry 2. Not positive on the latter.
Be sure to check dumpsters. Two stores I hit today had TONS of guides in their dumpsters. The first dumpster find had been destroyed (heartbreaking :(((((((), but the second find was a gold mine. The guides were piled neatly beside the dumpster so I was able to avoid going through THE NASTIES.
Bought a lot on THE BAY a few months ago and am just getting around to documenting everything. Quite a bit here!
