Nah, I've got my Xbone X killer housed in a plain $35 Rosewill case and I love it. I guess I'm just old but most of these gaming cases look dumb to me.

I can't speak for everyone, but the I think a lot of the videos shown from the last week really sealed the deal. People were expecting something like the PS4 Pro where it really only helped a few select games, and instead it improves everything.

You know, I don't even care about all of that. I'm happy with the performance bumps on 1080p games as is. Most of the games in the various videos I've seen run smooth as silk on the X even without patches.

They charge sales tax in Cali, so it wouldn't really matter if you used Target or Newegg.

Just a heads up, if you live in a place with sales tax, Newegg.com also still has Project Scorpio systems. It's also MSRP, but no sales tax which saves me $33 over Target or picking up a system locally. The shipping is pretty cheap too.
