Not the best deal, but a week after Sega announced they were calling it quits on the DC side of things, I bought a used DC with 2 controllers, 2 games, 2 VMU's, and a new DC keyboard for $100 even. Plus the $12 shipping. Everything still works great too.

Right, as long as you're not using like 3 miles of ethernet cable :? Just make sure you plug the xboxes into the "1 and 2" slots on the router and not the uplink slot.
