I can related to the high school gym class as I am about the same age as Wombat. I think we had to run a 6 or 7 minutes mile. I was the extra sweaty husky guy who did take showers along with one or two of the guys from the football team (I think they liked being naked).

Only pooped in high school if an emergency since the stalls in the boys bathrooms didn't have any doors. Additionally, the stalls were exactly opposite of the mirrors over the sinks so you see people shitting when washing your hands. There were decent bathrooms in the pool locker room and...

Yo Cheapy!  Hook me up with one of those Vision codes.  Also, Wambat's audio sounds okay (better than many podcasts) so I'm thinking the local recording wasn't as bad as the Skype connection.  He might try plugging the mic into the side of the macbook with 2 ports and not having another USB...

Questions for @CheapyD regarding Tokyo and Japan before you get out. We've seen a bunch of disasters (natural and otherwise) hit Japan the past few years which you mentioned as part of your family's desire to move back the US.  Is there a prepper subculture in Japan like has developed in the US...
