I'm sure he is. But he put out the free trial codes, and if he was naive enough to think that no one would take advantage of the situation, he obviously doesn't use the internet. I agree that his resignation would be great, and I might even renew my membership were this to happen. I really...
You guys are seriously wondering why all the questions were so easy? They weren't asked by a journalist, they were written by Hal himself. Just look at the bottom of the gameculture.com website:
There's clearly no bias there...
I realize that Hal genuinely feels like the victim here, his intentions were more than likely genuine. But when he felt taken advantage of, he did a lot of stuff that was unethical, and then tried downplay that fact. You just can't run an organization like that. It still pisses me off that he...

I really think we should stop analyzing the state law. Unless you plan on taking legal action (in which case you should be talking to a lawyer) it's kind of irrelevant.
I agree with you that the difference between 1080i and 1080p is tiny. But as someone who has a bluray player, and cable tv at 1080i, having all those pixels makes a huge difference. I can certainly see the difference on any TV between 720 and 1080 but I guess that really depends on how close...
