For anyone who still does Bing rewards, did you guys have a banner today saying they were limiting searches to 3 every 15 minutes?

So I either learned something new today or relearned something i had forgotten..but for the buy x amount get x amount Cartwheel/Target Circle deals..the threshold is reachedl prior to redcard savings. Got a Hulu card and it qualified at the full amount of the card rather than the discounted 5%...

I was able to use it last month (Feb 22nd) online. So maybe it was rolled out in waves.

Looks like TIC cannot be used anymore (at least online) for eshop cards.

Eshop cards are 5% off if you buy online. I've bought them before without probs but for whatever reason it's giving me that error screen now. No worries.

Well day 4 is weird. I can now check out fine with actual physical games, but if I add an eshop card to the cart (or by itself) I get that error again.

That worked. But only if I don't want to use TIC. Thanks for that. Guess the TIC will be used in store. As an aside, anyone know if TIC can be used on Hulu cards? Or did that go away when they stopped gas/amazon/etc cards?

Sadly that didn't work either. I suspect it's tied to my account somehow. All I did was trade in 4 games on Tuesday, for the first time in a few months. Not sure how it would trigger some type of checkout error though.
