Do preowned Switch games tend to come with the case or is it cartridge only?

Is it just me or is Amazon pure, unmitigated ass today?  I have a few games i'd like to order, but AC Origins isn't on the main page OR the deals page.  Well, the Digital Code is on it but that doesn't actually count...

There's also Gamer Doc in Elkton, MD and another 2nd and Charles a bit further away in Newark, Delaware.
