This is BB we're talking about. You're placing an awful lot of faith in their competence to assume they'll fix an obvious flaw in their policy.

You did not have to give them your controller. Once you and the BB employee signed off on the trade in and they printed your receipt, they had no legal right to ask you for your controller. That's a legally binding contract which states the transaction is final. I'd go get your controller back.

Walmart sells used games so it must've been a trade in. That strip is so ugly, who is the genius at Nintendo that thought it was a good idea to make their refurb games less appealing?

No, but for most next gen games you'll get more without a bonus, especially if you are GCU. I just got $38.50 for Second Son when I would've only gotten $32 if I had traded it in during the 50% bonus last week.

OP you may want to change the title to @Gamer coupon instead of GCU. Many of us who have GCU don't recieve @Gamer coupons anymore.

I wish Sony would do this with Infamous but it doesn't look like they'll have a reason to.
