I got an update this morning and I don't know if it converted my points, but on Xbox.com my points are still there. So, maybe you can just make whatever purchases you want from the Xbox.com site with your points balance?

Good thing I bothered to call and have this issue escalated, because they've managed to do nothing. If they tell you they will be contacting you in 24 hours... Don't you believe it.
When I asked them about the 1600 points they said that what they are going to give me is a code to order it from their site and then it will be shipped to me free or I can opt for the express or whatever they call it.
Well, congrats. I did a live chat and sent them an email concerning the fact that I don't have my codes and was told the first time that it takes 3 to 6 business days, and after I waited six business days I was told that it was still processing and I'd have to wait.

Yeah, except it took them over a week to ship it to me. The code is for an in game item, so no I can't "enjoy the game" because I'd kind of like to play it WITH THE ITEM that I was supposed to get for preordering it.

I went ahead and ordered Fable: The Journey. I was going to end up playing that game sooner or later (really can't stop playing Fable games) and with the $10 coupon and the free points it's really not that bad of a deal. Not to mention free shipping.
