I'm not sure what the exact closing date is for the one in Portland, but it's already been picked pretty clean of any deals. There are still quite a few games and CDs, but the markdown off retail price has put them about where everyone else is.

A couple Walmarts near me (Windham and Oxford in Maine) have PS2 Singstar 80's and Singstar Amped bundles with microphones for $29.92. They were in the regular game sections (not clearance). Not sure if it's nationwide. . .good luck. As comparison, Amazon lists the Singstar 80's bundle at 49.99.
