Yeah, I remember the last time they had them in their ad, there weren't any there, and people in the electronics dept weren't even aware they were in the ad.
Sorry, but your thinking is myopic and flawed.
If people knew they could just wait for guides to get clearanced out for $.01, that could be bad for the guide companies. In fact, "field destruction" of outdated paperbacks and magazines is common practice for bookstores.
In regards to TRU, I've been wondering-- what do you guys think would work better... buying the guides in the "rzone" or taking them out to the regular registers? I can see advantages and disadvantages to both.
Amazing. I went into Sears today for an eye appointment and stumbled upon Four Swords GC for $1.97.
They also had about 6 or so copies of Dead or Alive Extreme that rang up as $3.9x. I also checked an eye toy groove just for the hell of it, but that came up as $29.99.
Depends on your tastes. This is a pretty bare-bones dungeon crawler. If you're not a hardcore fan of the genre, you'll get bored real quick. For most people, it will probably be a $10 game at best.
It baffles me how there are still Sonic "fans" out there who still want to play this crap. Are you always going to be a Sonic diehard no matter how many times Sega screws you in the butt?
