The Fred Meyer in Covington WA had several copies of Saboteur yesterday. They seemed to have a few copies of all the music games listed in the OP. I didn't see any DJ Hero for 360.

Just ordered Halo 3 Legendary, Metalica Guitar Hero, and Brutal Legend. I hope I'm not too late to get the Halo 3 Legendary.
