Yeah, it's back now. That was strange. I had to use my PC to redeem some points.

Just noticed that you cannot redeem your reward points for Microsoft credit on the console.  You can still do it via the browser, but who knows for how long. Not a good sign.

Weird that the 360 versions are not free. I already own clyde and have outpost on disc.
