I finally got around to answering my own question. I just tried the Playstation Hits versions of The Last of Us Remastered and Ratchet & Clank, unfortunately they DO NOT contain any patches on the discs. They have the exact same disc content as the original releases.

You should specify in the title of your post that these are downloads.

All of the Jackbox games have a constant online requirement (including the physical release of the first one on PS4). So whether it's a cartridge or a voucher, it'll have terrible DRM either way.

The side of the case makes it look like the subtitle of the set is "Two Souls Collection". That has a nice ring to it.
