I did play ReVerse on PS5. I like it because of the option to have so many of the characters, mostly, but the PC version of Re;Birth 1 (I've only played the Vita version) also did a lot of that. Apart from that the only real difference is the fishing minigame, visuals, and the 'Arrange mode'...
