I have the original collection. It's a fantastic comic that I read through hundreds of times as a kid. Even though this version is apparently manga-sized, I would buy it for $16.60 if I didn't already have it.
Also, I picked up the Zelda manga boxed set from Amazon.ca for about $40 just before...
Wow, that must have been some sort of record. Gone in 12 minutes or less. I tried to snag one, but my order didn't go through in time. I'm not really at all upset about it -- I didn't want it all that badly, and now I can save a lot more than the additional $10 the Collector's Edition would have...
I certainly understand where you're coming from. I really only purchase Nintendo games, so I've never been burned by any of my preorders launching with horrible bugs. Nintendo games actually work. Plus, Nintendo games don't often drop in price, so preordering during the E3 sales saves me plenty...
Apparently there is more stock of first wave amiibos on the way, if NOA representative David Young is correct.

Sooooo... how can I score my free amiibo from Amazon.ca if I pre-ordered Captain Toad during the E3 promo? It seems like those who pre-ordered the game are not invited to this party.
I picked up the last copy of Kirby Triple Deluxe at a Shopper's in Langley, BC last night. The price wasn't marked down, but I asked a clerk to double-check it for me, and it rang up as $19.99.
Thanks for the tips, everyone! Been waiting to get a good deal on this game!
For the past year. You also have to have been opted-in to receive e-mails from Club Nintendo. I wasn't, so I guess no code for me. Oh well, suppose I can wait a week.
You saved $50 -- that's almost equivalent to a free retail console game! If we'll be spending the same amount in digital stores anyway, then we might as well reap the savings offered by these discount cards.
I don't believe that the New Nintendo 3DS/XL models been officially announced for North America yet. While I have no doubt that they will be, there's that small (slim) chance that the name could be different.
Thanks for the heads up, everyone. Just picked up a $50 eShop card from the Langley location. Would have loved to pick up Paper Mario for the 3DS for $10 and Mario Party for the DS for $7, but alas, they were all gone.
