The expiration date for games that will expire with plus is shown under Media -> Games. After I purchased the one-year subscription from OP's link to the webstore, I refreshed the page and the expiration date for all those games were updated to reflect the extra 15 months.

Did you use the web or PS3 store to make the purchase? I know how to check my subscription service expiration date on the PS3, but I can't figure out how to check it on the web.

Love the web store; runs so much faster/smoother than the PS3 one. Noticed a single issue. I bought LBP Karting on Tuesday along with other games, but the web store doesn't mark it as purchased (other games are marked).
