Got an order of zelda LE from NOA and it came pristine wrapped in a plastic bag inside a box with air bags. Box was flimsy but soft and did the job somehow. If I was into grading, it would probably be one of the best retail copies I've seen.
One of my buy 1 get 1 free orders from last month shipped out just the free game and charged me $3 and no sign of the other game which should charge me $60 when shipped. For some reason that order isn't even in my order history and can't seem to track it with the order number on the receipt. Do...
I think zelda CE came back in stock briefly at best buy. Order button came back but said sold out when I clicked it. After a few minutes, back to coming soon now.
My wii u eshop always triggers the memory error crash so can't even load it. Which is stupid since this is the console they sent me back after supposedly fixing the bad memory issue a couple years ago. I am wondering if using it in wii mode causes it by saving to spots on memory that should not...
When it goes up on amazon, it will be under some cryptic name like "nintendo game 34 for boys and girls CE" that everyone will think is some scam. Reality probably is some inventory manager puts it up in a way they can tip off their friends first. ;)
I think amazon usually gets these, but don't remember walmart or target in the past. Any restocks at bestbuy will probably be a handful or stay up unusually long and result in cancellations. The ordering window was really short this time, like either everyone was camping on it or really small...
Miyamoto said each Frys store will be getting 5 copies for the people who line up outside the night before, but they will sell hundreds of preorders online first that they will cancel.
Everybody's golf VR was $9.49 on clearance at bestbuy a few days ago when I bought it, but now $9.99 as a "black friday deal". Probably more examples like that.
I wonder if we will also see a lot of these games with another $2 or so shaved off on the actual BF and cyber monday sales like has...
They say most of the inventory was on consignment so it will probably be returned. The rest of the scraps will be sold on some employee's ebay account.
Several years ago, they drew me in at least every few weeks for some weekly coupon code deals they would have on blurays or cheap mice or duck tape or ear buds or flats of iced tea or other random items I didn't need. It was fun to walk their videogame and bluray/dvd aisles and find random hard...
Well to be fair, we haven't seen what bestbuy will do after ALL the GCU accounts are gone in march yet. Not holding my breath, but that frees them up a bit in pricing freedom. If they do nothing, amazon will just take further share in this area from them.
