US region and India regions still gives codes freely at least. I think they can still do codes for games before Feb 2024, there is one seller who still posts a selection of codes, but the pickings are slim and limited and he only updates like twice a week.

You can probably just use urbanvpn on your pc and get it to redeem. I would not reccomend this in any case, they likely can file an appeal and eventually get your account banned for marketplace theft.
