You know seeing as how each of these "bundles" at every major retailer appear to be completely boxed. It is looking more and more like Sony created several bundle SKU's for each retailer. My guess is that amazon got quite a few bundles from sony to sell... Just guessing...

I would think so, it clearly falls under terms. I would email gamefly support and ask them but I would do it sooner than later so you can get an answer before the holidays. At least since it is currently in your possession so you don't have to worry about it selling out...

Picked up far cry 2 at my local target for $10. Not uncommon, but check this out. I was watching it on clearance at this target and three others, and all six of the copies that I was watching went at $20 before it could drop to $10. Thought I was out of luck as the stock was zeroed out...
