Release date of 05/06/14???  I thought this was unannounced and likely to ship this holiday.  Not that I would complain... I am super excited for this one, but I doubt we are getting it in May.

I stopped selling on Ebay years ago for stuff like this.  Not only huge fees for selling, but Ebay ALWAYS sides with the buyer.  I don't think I've ever heard about a seller winning a case.  It doesn't seem to matter either if you put stuff in your listings about "no returns, no exceptions". ...
